Asbury United Methodist Church is in the beautiful wine country of Livermore and on the eastern fringe of the San Francisco Bay Area. Livermore is home to two National Laboratories: Lawrence Livermore and Sandia. This is reflected in the congregation at Asbury which has many scientists and engineers as well as teachers, retired folk, business, and tech people.

Nursery Attendant
Do you love spending time with the youngest members of our community and supporting their parents in their spiritual journey? Asbury UMC is looking for two Nursery Attendants to join our team!
Job Summary:
Provide childcare for infants and toddlers (ages 0 to 4) during Sunday morning worship services, with shifts from 9:30 to 11:30 AM.
*Opportunity to take on additional childcare responsibilities for occasional events like Parents' Night Out and the Christmas Concert, covering ages up to 5th grade.
Pay: $17-$20 per hour
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old (younger if volunteering)
- CPR certification
- Mandatory Reporter Training
- DOJ background check
*Asbury will cover the costs for the right candidate!
